• Financials: The board heard a financial report and accepted financial statements for June after discussion of grant timing and reimbursements (SEG 084–136).
• Microenterprise awards: Following an HCR guidance change allowing up to $35,000 per employee, the board authorized staff to pursue supplemental awards to prior recipients and to verify eligibility before disbursement (SEG 145–183; SEG 288–295).
• Village water study: The board approved a $50,000 study of village wells and system improvements to support potential housing and development in the area (motion moved by Mr. Zay, seconded by Mr. Aldrich; voice vote recorded) (SEG 351–394).
