IDA reports progress on Remington, Skyler entrance work and 500,000‑gallon water tank bids

Funding was described as a mix of FAST New York grant dollars and possible Northern Border Grant funds; staff said a decision on reallocation of $1,000,000 from a Northern Border Grant was expected this week.
On land development, staff said several developers have expressed interest in parcels in the industrial park for dry warehouse and large footprint facilities; no purchase and sale agreements have been finalized. Staff said they are continuing due diligence and will present agreements to the board once terms are ready for consideration.
