District reports Lincoln Elementary on schedule, stadium scoreboard operational

Belinda (staff) reported that Lincoln Elementary systems start‑up and testing were scheduled the week of Aug. 4–11, the building is about 50% cleaned, furniture move‑in was scheduled for Aug. 7–8, borough inspection and certificate of occupancy were planned for Aug. 13, and staff occupancy for Aug. 14. "So we are kind of right on target," the update said.
Franklin Township Elementary window replacement was reported at 95% complete, with caulking and painting ongoing and substantial completion expected by Aug. 4. The high‑school greenhouse physical work was described as substantially completed, with irrigation and ventilation controls to be programmed in mid‑August.
The Warriors Stadium scoreboard project is physically complete, with startup testing and training finished by Aug. 15. Staff reported that anchor sponsorships have been sold and additional sponsorship outreach is underway, which they said will help the district recoup the scoreboard investment.
Board members and staff did not propose formal votes tied to the facilities updates during the meeting; these items were presented as notices and informational reports.
