Tuttle swears in Ward 3 member James Day; Police Chief Don Cluck honored by state association

Council and staff then recognized Tuttle Police Chief Donald (Don) Cluck. The council read a citation from the Oklahoma Association of Chiefs detailing Cluck’s nearly four decades of service, his tenure as chief beginning in 2004, leadership roles on state boards and commissions, and his work securing grant funding and a bond for a new police headquarters.
Photos followed the presentation and council members commended the chief’s service. The meeting then moved on to regular order of business.
