The company agreed to pay an $18,000 civil penalty under a 12‑month payment plan (about $1,500 per month), accept a seven‑day license suspension, be placed on a one‑year probation during which it must file timely reports, and perform internal compliance audits.
A representative for Greenway acknowledged leadership changes, removed the responsible employee, and said ownership instituted new systems and a compliance officer to ensure future filings. The board asked clarifying questions about the root cause and frequency of reporting; Raff confirmed quarterly reporting requirements and explained the two‑year probation applied in a different matter (clarified during questioning). Board members expressed concern about the repeated nature of the violations and accepted the settlement as balancing aggravating and mitigating factors.
