Board approves consent agenda and ratifies transportation contract; camera server replacement to be brought back

Staff also described a planned replacement of two security camera servers (end of life and not supporting newer camera resolution); the purchase will be paid from the 31AAA safety grant and will be brought forward as a motion at the next meeting.
