South River Board swears in new member Bouche Anbutube

The board president asked her to comment and turned the meeting over to her for brief remarks.
The swearing-in took place early in the meeting during a scheduled appointment on the agenda. No objections or requests for further action were raised by board members at that time. The meeting proceeded to routine business after the oath.
