The presenter told the board the final plat incorporated prior comments, noting there are 56 lots averaging about 0.5 acres and that side setbacks were adjusted to 7.5 feet in places. A board member moved to approve the final plat "subject to the review comments" and probable construction-cost stipulations; the motion was seconded and passed by voice vote.
The approvals were procedural and contingent on completing the stated review and easement resolutions; staff will continue coordination on outstanding utility and construction details before final recording.
