Grand Forks board hears summer-school and youth-program reports; early K interventions show gains

The Grand Forks Public School District on Sept. 8 received a series of informational reports on summer programs, including elementary summer school, Intro to Kindergarten, Encore afternoon programming, high-school summer courses, middle-level offerings, Valley RISE, driver education and the Summer Performing Arts (SPA) program.
