Kevin Johnson of Consigli Construction summarized a proposal to build four townhome‑style buildings (12 total units) on Emma Willard School property at 285 Pauling Avenue, including the demolition of Tangerine Hall. “We are proposing 4 new townhome style buildings, 12 total units,” Johnson said, adding that prior zoning variances were approved on May 7 and that the team submitted stormwater and runoff plans and addressed fire-department comments.
Staff confirmed outstanding comments were cleared and recommended the board recognize the application as complete. The board adopted a negative declaration for SEQR review and unanimously moved to declare the application complete. Members voted to schedule a public hearing for the next meeting (June 7). The applicant will return with any remaining site-plan details requested by staff and the board.
