The Kuna City Planning and Zoning Commission on Sept. 23 approved a special-use permit and design-review application for a Caliber Collision auto body facility on a 1.6-acre lot at the Monarch Landing subdivision.
Marina Lundy, planner, said the applicant seeks special-use and design-review approval to construct the auto body facility on Lot 6 (zoned C-3/service commercial). Staff recommended additional screening on the southern side of the site and other conditions listed in the staff report.
