The proposal includes residential density ranges of roughly 25–35 units per acre in TOC areas; maximum parking standards of about 1–1.5 spaces per residential unit (with some exceptions) and commercial parking roughly 4 spaces per 4,000 square feet (or 1 per 250 sq. ft.); and a commercial floor‑area‑ratio range of 1–3.
