Brookings declares emergency for Sherwood Terrace slide, authorizes $677,609 repair contract

A councilor moved to proclaim the Sherwood Terrace slide area to be repaired under an emergency written declaration and to authorize the city manager to enter an agreement with Tidewater Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $677,609 to repair the area. The motion was seconded, put to recorded vote and carried.
