Resident tells council he was mistreated during traffic stop; requests bodycam footage

Council did not debate or take immediate action on the complaint during the meeting; the city recorder had read the public‑comment process and staff told the audience that staff may follow up if contact information is provided on the public comment form. No councilor directed staff publicly to release or retrieve bodycam footage during the meeting.
