Most introduced ordinances were scheduled for final public hearings on Wednesday, July 16, at 6 p.m. in the Dorothy E. Harrington Council Chambers. The council also retained the right to negotiate definitive agreements on redevelopment actions and will return to the council for votes on final contracts and redevelopment agreements.
