Design team notes included site option tradeoffs: some potential building locations were eliminated because of stormwater runoff, utilities, and access. Timeline: the schematic phase for Crabtree is expected to complete in October and RLPS in November, with separate bid packages planned and construction aimed to finish by May 2029 to align with student occupancy goals (SEG 418–432).
Next steps: further site refinement with civil engineers, a borough coordination meeting, and continued schematic development prior to bidding. Board members asked clarifying questions but did not block progression of the schematic design process (SEG 468–472).
