Metuchen construction on schedule; AC activation set for Edgar, Moss and Campbell

Glassberg told the board that air conditioning at Edgar, Moss and Campbell should be turned on during the week of the meeting and noted positive public feedback about the Campbell School playground and a short video produced by district videographer Mister Ulig.
He also announced upcoming meetings related to construction oversight: a meeting on Sept. 15 for finance and extracurricular matters and an open construction‑committee meeting on Oct. 6 at 7 p.m. in the Metuchen High School media center.
Board members responded with appreciation for the progress and recognized the efforts of staff and the community in supporting project milestones. The meeting proceeded to consent agenda items after the facilities update.
