The business serves the dairy and food processing industry, expects roughly 10–14 employees and anticipates 3–5 delivery trucks per day.
Daycare and recycling permits: The board approved Interim Use Permit 16655 allowing Lacey McCann to operate North Fork Child Care as a level‑2 home‑occupancy daycare (hours 7 a.m.–5 p.m., Mon–Fri). The board also renewed Interim Use Permit 16674 for a concrete/bituminous recycling operation (locally known as the Haplop Pit), a site first permitted in 2008 and renewed in 2013 and 2019.
