Sweetwater commission approves two replat requests, adopts consent minutes
Summary

On a motion and second, the commission approved minutes from Aug. 26, Sept. 9 and Sept. 23. The body then opened a public hearing on a replat in Highland Edition to combine Lots 5 and 6 into Lot 5A. Staff summarized the request as a lot-combination to permit a single-home placement; after inviting public comment, the commission closed the hearing and carried the motion.
The commission followed the same process for a Southwood Terrace replat to combine Lots 21 and 22 into Lot 21A in Section 3. A motion to close the public hearing for that item was seconded by Mike Marlin and the motion carried.
Both replat items were handled during the public-hearing portion of the agenda and concluded with motions to close the hearings and move forward. No final ordinance amendments or conditions beyond closing the hearings were recorded in the meeting minutes.
