The Star City Council on Aug. 19 approved a request to recognize a street in the Stardale subdivision as a private road rather than accept it as a public street. Antonio Cunti (engineer/representative) and property owner Francisco Lopez told the council the road was built to ACHD standards but that ACHD did not witness inspections on-site during construction and therefore cannot accept it as a public street without re-inspection.
