The architect answered council questions about interior noise control, saying acoustical ceiling tiles and padded wall treatments are proposed to reduce sound and protect players.
Staff recommended approval and noted unanimous Planning & Appeals Board support with a minor condition. The council voted to approve the resolution without recorded opposition.
