- Berkheimer resolutions (5a/5b): Council approved implementation resolutions to engage Berkheimer as collector of the local services tax and business privilege tax, and to appoint Berkheimer as hearing officer for those tax types; city manager named liaison.
- Destination Lock Haven check-in (5d): Council moved to adopt the Destination Lock Haven document for inclusion in planning materials.
- Active Transportation Plan (5e, Resolution 2025-41): Council adopted the plan by roll-call vote.
- Memorandum of Agreement with The Nature Conservancy (6a): Motion passed to continue The Nature Conservancy’s role as group manager for the city’s Forest Stewardship certification.
