ACT said the total amount requested across both grants is $326,710 and that the county's local share certification—$40,824—would be required to complete the application. Staff requested the board adopt the resolution to approve the local match and authorize submission.
Commissioners moved, seconded and approved the resolution by voice vote.
Next steps: staff will finalize the application for submission to the NCDOT/FTA IMD funding programs and proceed with procurement if awards are received.
