The Annandale Public School District board voted to approve an agreement with the City of Annandale to administer the district’s special election on Nov. 4, 2025 and adopted a resolution appointing election judges for that contest.
On a motion by Jen, seconded by Jenna, the board approved the intergovernmental agreement with the city to run the special election. Board members then moved and adopted a resolution appointing election judges; the board conducted a roll-call and members recorded “Aye.”
District staff and board members discussed early-voting logistics and said that two townships in the district that lie in Stearns County (Linden Township and Fairhaven Township) will vote at Annandale City Hall on election day under the city agreement. Stearns County voters will use their county courthouse for early voting. Crystal, district staff, showed the ballot-application process and described options for mail ballots and drop-off.
The board encouraged residents to use the district microsite and contact forms for election questions and reiterated that staff will assist with application submissions and queries about polling locations.
