Council member moved to adopt the STO ordinance amending chapter 18, article 1, section 18‑101; motion seconded and approved by voice vote. Council then moved to adopt the UPOC ordinance amending chapters 8 and 13 as drafted; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote with a recorded 'Motion carries 6–0.' Staff said both ordinances had been reviewed and drafted by the city attorney to align with the League model.
The adopted ordinances will be codified into the city code and enforced according to standard local procedures.
