At the start of the Sept. 4 meeting the Largo Planning Board voted to approve the minutes from its Aug. 7 meeting. A motion to approve was made and seconded, and the chair announced the motion carried 6–0.
Later in the meeting the board announced that member Mister Serrano had stepped down, creating a vice chair vacancy. The nominating member put forward Eric (name in transcript appears as "Eric I heard"/'Eric Iger' in different lines) for vice chair; the nomination was seconded and the board voted to elect the nominee by a 5–1 vote as recorded in the transcript.
Staff (referenced in the meeting as Jared) noted there were no major updates apart from scheduling the next planning board meeting for Oct. 2. The chair then adjourned the meeting.
