Separately, county staff sought and the board approved a request for proposals to update ADA and Title VI compliance documents (referred to in the meeting as ADA/Title sets). Staff indicated that federal project approvals and receipt of certain federal aid were contingent on updating those documents. Commissioners approved issuing the RFP and returning with proposals for contractor selection.
