Aurora committee approves Harvest Point final plat and final plan for 59 single‑family homes

Jill Morgan, senior planner, told the committee the property had been rezoned earlier this spring and that the final materials are in substantial conformance with the preliminary approvals. Eric Prechtel, representing the petitioner Pulte Home Company, said the community will offer multiple floor plans and exterior elevations and emphasized landscaping, stormwater detention and buffering along the eastern property line.
