Other approved items included CARES Act funds used to cover VINCE project costs to free up road department resources, and a set of capital projects/line‑item transfers (6a–6g) to address end‑of‑year projections and equipment needs. Motions to approve these items were moved and passed by voice vote as part of the consent agenda.
Next steps: staff will carry out the approved transfers and proceed with the contracted repairs, and operations will continue to refine budget estimates for 2026.
