Staff emphasized the need to coordinate with water districts and septic authorities and indicated that draft regulations would address issues such as septic requirements, water supply, platting and alignment with county standards. The court did not adopt regulations at this meeting; it approved formation of the review committee and set a target to present recommendations at the next meeting.
