Tabled or unresolved items - Foreign Trade Zone letter of support (FTZ No. 39): Motion not to sign failed on a 2–2 tie; the court did not sign the letter at this meeting. (Agenda item 2) - Flock Safety contract and refund/credit negotiations: Tabled pending county attorney review of contract and cybersecurity clauses. (Agenda item 4) - Granbury Regional Radio Network interlocal agreement: Tabled to a special called meeting; staff to reconcile invoices and continue negotiations with the city. (Agenda item 11)
