She described funding recommendations for nonprofit partners on a three-year funding cycle, monitoring activities to confirm eligibility, and the ability to proportionally adjust allocations once HUD releases the final funding amount. D'Aliva recommended that the council adopt Resolution No. 25 23 to approve the consolidated plan and authorize the community development director to submit the plan to HUD and make minor modifications as needed.

Councilmembers complimented staff and nonprofit partners and moved to adopt the resolution; the motion passed by roll call vote (unanimous as recorded).
