Bridal Anderson, property and auto claims supervisor at the Texas Association of Counties, walked commissioners through photos and an estimate package showing spatter marks, metal dents and some shingle impacts. "Most of these dents and most of the roof damages that you see from this storm were aesthetic impairment," Anderson said, adding that aesthetic impairments are visual and do not necessarily affect a roof's water-shedding function.
