Placentia council approves routine consent items, designates League delegate and tables Chapman Corridor

The council approved the consent calendar by a roll call vote of 3 yes, 2 not voting (Councilmember Hummer yes; Councilmember Smith yes; Councilmember Yamaguchi not voting; Mayor Pro Tem Ivanka not voting; Mayor Kerwin yes). The meeting included an administrative item designating the city’s voting delegate to the League of California Cities conference; council approved naming Councilmember Yamaguchi as primary delegate and Mayor Pro Tem Ivanka as alternate with the same 3–0 (two not voting) tally.
