Staff responded that the expanded expenses are reimbursable by ARP and SB 104 funding and that future work can return to council with additional details on sustainability and fundraising benchmarks. Staff also noted the report covered expenses already incurred and reimbursed under the specified grant programs.
The motion to approve was moved by Council Member Gutierrez and seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Bilodeau; council approved the amendment unanimously.
