Economic development staff reported the revolving loan fund balance at approximately $51,000 with seven active loans and a portfolio of about $180,000; typical loans are $20,000–$30,000. One loan is approaching payoff and would raise available cash to roughly $80,000. Staff described efforts on site selection for housing and industrial projects and potential use of the revolving fund for renovation financing.
The board approved the four secondary-roads resolutions together and thanked staff for ongoing work. They directed staff to return with costs/options for phone system replacement as needed.
