Justice Center update: courthouse construction on schedule; sheriff presents lifesaving awards

The project update drew no opposition; commissioners thanked TEGRA Group for the briefing. Next steps include continued coordination with the city of Canton on utility connections and workplace progress toward the winter interior work schedule.
