Assemblymember Amie brought the constituent case to the assembly's attention and described the resident's situation; Mayor Hopkins said he did not want to discuss individual cases in detail on the record but confirmed the ban length and said staff would follow up. Assemblymember Wilson requested a full breakdown of tickets, citations and final cleanup costs associated with the Black Lloyd property cleanup; the mayor said the borough would provide cost information as it is finalized.
The assembly scheduled its next regular meeting for Aug. 28, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. and adjourned.
