Ballots must be received by 8 PM on election day to be counted, Blatchford said.
Councilors asked logistical questions about polling‑place listings and the office’s outreach; Blatchford said polling locations will be posted on the city website, on the Secretary of State website by address lookup and at required public postings including the library and city hall. Council approved the call and warrant by roll call (6 affirmative, 1 absent).
