City council advances first reading of ordinance to curb unauthorized use of Laguna Hills official seal

Council moved, seconded and approved staff’s recommendation on first reading by a unanimous roll call vote. The city attorney said the ordinance will return on second reading at the next council meeting for adoption and will take effect 31 days after adoption.
