Fullerton adopts FY 2025–26 fee schedule with CPI-based adjustments

Staff noted the fee schedule accompanies the budget and that fire-user fees are in the final year of a previously approved three‑year plan intended to improve cost recovery.
A member of the public who addressed the council supported fee adjustments but urged long-term structural revenue solutions, including modest infill housing near California State University, Fullerton to grow the tax base. Another commenter raised enforcement questions about the state daylighting parking law.
Councilmember discussion was limited; one councilmember said she had already discussed the changes with staff and was satisfied. The council moved, seconded and approved the resolution by roll call.
The resolution will be incorporated into the FY 2025–26 budget documents.
