Commissioners asked what would happen if the enterprise revenues that support loan repayment fell short. Amy said enterprise tipping fees and hauler charges are expected to cover debt service and noted the joint authority has handled larger capital projects in the past; she offered to follow up with the Department of Revenue for specifics about default procedures. The commission approved the amendment by voice vote.
