Tamsen described video and neighbor reports of "frequent and disturbing nighttime activity" at the property, including "suspected drug sales, individuals appearing under the influence, people entering and leaving the home with large bags," and said the situation has pushed some neighbors to avoid evening outdoor activity. "We are asking for your support in helping restore safety and trust in our community," she said.
The mayor asked the city manager for an update; the city manager said eviction proceedings were in the courts and staff would provide an update to the council after the meeting. No formal council action was taken; the comment was received as part of the public‑comment period.
