Staff said prospective bidders may submit questions until Sept. 30, 2025, and must submit proposals by Oct. 29, 2025.
3) Joint session with Zoning Board of Appeals: The commission voted to direct staff to coordinate a joint work session with the Zoning Board of Appeals, preferably held at 6:00 p.m. before a regularly scheduled planning commission meeting, in a roundtable format to discuss recurring administration and interpretation issues.
