The commission voted to postpone finalizing the hire and job description until April so staff could refine the narrative and job details.
Soy Road special assessment: City staff presented Standard Resolution 5 to establish the final special-assessment cost for Soy Road (rolls 2415–2436). Staff reported the final project cost came in roughly 4% under the initial estimate; the commission approved the resolution in a roll-call vote with all commissioners recorded as yes.
