ODDS outlines SACU redesign, stakeholders warn about long stays, capacity and privatization risks

State officials told the Senate Committee on Human Services on Sept. 30 that the Stabilization and Crisis Unit (SACU) will be redesigned to prioritize shorter stays, HCBS compliance and stronger transitions to community settings.
