In a separate vote the board tabled the creation/abolishment of the Inspire Cheer Club position to allow the superintendent to revisit details discussed in executive session.
What happens next: The district will post the Assistant Director position, start a recruitment process with an anticipated July 1 start date, and staff will return to the board with any required salary placement and final abolishment language after the incumbent's retirement.
