Retirees named in open session included Marie Taylor, a family and consumer science teacher at George Fisher Middle School (9 years); Kara Gadero, a teaching assistant with 18 years of service who has worked throughout the district; Kim Locasio, an office staff member with 27 years of service currently at George Fisher Middle School; and Debbie McIntyre, a confidential secretary in the business department with 25 years of service. Trustees acknowledged their service and the motion to approve the personnel recommendations carried.
Trustees noted a minor reordering of the retirement list on the agenda and clarified the sequence during discussion. The board then proceeded to subsequent agenda items.
