The board later approved a separate, single-parcel rezoning (5178 Burton Street) as a procedural amendment to fold a one‑third‑acre parcel into the Highland Ridge PUD; the broader adoption items remained postponed. Staff was directed to return the postponed ordinance items to a future agenda with improved materials and outreach for residents.
Next steps: staff will coordinate public outreach, update the zoning packet and return the postponed items for board consideration at a future meeting.
