Active Transportation Master Plan (General plan element) - Action: Commission forwarded a positive recommendation to the City Council for the updated Active Transportation Master Plan and accompanying story map. Vote recorded: Ulysses Flynn Aye, Eric Swanson Aye, Corey Luker Aye, Tina Griffiths Aye, Chair Aye. Item will go to council on Sept. 10, 2025.
Notes: The RSL amendment drew substantial public comment opposing changes to a zone originally framed for senior housing. The Active Transportation plan received no public comment at the hearing and was praised for its interactive story map and prioritization approach.
